GTN Presents: 4 Cycling Workouts to Help You Avoid Junk Miles

As much fun as it is to ride for hours and hours with your buddies, in terms of pure training gains, you need to be a bit more strategic with how long your ride. Essentially, if you spend almost all of your bike miles in a low zone, you could be wasting your time (although those long rides for donuts are always fun).
