Youth development is my passion.

Triathlon Australia L2 Coach/ ASCTA Bronze level swim coach / USA Triathlon level one Coach.
My Philosophy to help others is to engage and integrate the person as a complete and whole. Meaning I cover everything including mind wellness (mental techniques), nutrition, and attention to detail. This “System” ensures the lead up to ones goals a positive experience which facilitates a great journey! Putting the athlete at a mental ease contributes to putting the puzzle together which builds a beautiful piece of art.
I also firmly believe in building the athlete from “the ground up” which means I promote proper technique, core strengthening, body weight resistance work, good recovery and above all, sound propioceptive training which will result in fewer injuries and sound body and mind.
A GOOD coach will sit down with you and get to know you, your life, and your aspirations regarding athletics. I know what works. Yes, you can get information from the internet, books, friends, etc., but IS IT REAL? By REAL I mean do they consider your individual qualities and CREATE the athlete you want to be (or even beyond)!
I truly enjoy what I do. My passion for endurance athletics spans over 27 years. I have studied and experienced a lot in those years. I've trained and competed in different parts of the world winning, losing and ALWAYS learning!
