Hey, I’m Rory.

I’m a full time Triathlon & Tri Specific Swimming Coach & Consultant.
In a former life I was an internationally ranked swimmer. I swam for South Africa. Went to a Wold University Game’s and a Commonwealth Games and was a 4x National Champion. I now run a business, coaching athletes online & in the water while balancing the training needed to become an elite 70.3 AG triathlete.

My approach is a little different, so let me give you the quick run down:

1. I Coach, Unique to You.

I tailor my coaching to you. You are unique. Your situation & circumstances are unique. Your goal of being the fittest, fastest version of yourself may be the same as other athletes. But how we get you there needs a bespoke approach.

2. I Design Plans Unique To Your Lifestyle.

Some of us have long work hours. Others have flexible schedules, but travel frequently. Most of us have family priorities. I work with you to set appropriate goals. We work together to build a sustainable plan to keep you on track with programs to fit your schedule.

3. I Create Programs Unique To Your Body.

We are all built differently. Your background. Your mindset. It all plays a role in how you adapt & progress. We will assess your strengths, limiters & opportunities for improvement. Then factor them writing the best training program for you.

4. I Help You Progress Unique To Your Ability.

We don’t all hold the same level of fitness. Neither is your fitness level set in stone. Fitness fluctuates. Following a plan that is too easy or too hard can be detrimental. I consistently review, reassess & revise your plan. We will make sure you are doing the right things at the right times.
