Level 2 USA Cycling Coach
Level 2 FIT [FluidRide Instructor Trainer] skills coach.
Racer for the past 10 years and coaching for 6 years.
Strengths in endurance events of 50+ mile mountain bike races, but race traditional XC lengths as well as Enduro and CX in the Pacific Northwest.
After many years staying indoors at the gym my love for the outdoors has blossomed and I cannot get enough of it. That is why I love not only racing a good 100 mile mountain bike course, but I love the training and lead up to the event because it means more time on the bike and more experiences in beautiful back country areas.
I am well versed in the good, bad and ugly of stage racing and ultra endurance cross country and gravel events. I hope to take all the things I have learned on the bike as well as from science so you can become successful and have more fun out on the trails.
