From my first job as a fitness trainer in a local gym to a personal trainer for body building, after my exposure to mountain biking racing and the need to get outdoors while wanting to stay in top shape; coaching seemed to be a natural progression.
My experience can help any rider improve their current fitness and reach their race goals.

Racer for the past 8 years and coaching for the past 5 years.
Strengths in endurance events of 50+ mile mountain bike races, but race traditional XC lengths as well as Enduro and CX in the Pacific Northwest.
After many years staying indoors at the gym my love for the outdoors has blossomed and I cannot get enough of it. That is why I love not only racing a good 100 mile mountain bike course, but I love the training and lead up to the event because it means more time on the bike and more experiences in beautiful back country areas.
I am well versed in the good, bad and ugly of stage racing and ultra endurance events. I hope to take the mistakes I have made in the past to help you prevent them and become successful and have more fun out on the trails.
