My clientele consists of trail + ultra runners, triathletes, and exercise enthusiasts who want to transition toward a plant-based diet.

My main focus is in helping endurance athletes more resilient. With my background in both distance running and strength training, I became interested in how strength could give endurance athletes an edge. Turns out, many runners, triathletes and mountain bikers are still a bit unsure how to set up their strength training - this is my forte.

I´ve coached several hundreds of athletes since starting out 2009. Started out live, now working 100 % online. My clientele is currently ~ 60 athletes, both in Finland and in other European countries.
