My current clientele consists of trail + ultra runners, triathletes, and athletes interested in a plant-based diet. My main focus is in helping endurance athletes become more resilient. With my background in both ultra trail running and strength training, I became interested in how strength could give endurance athletes an edge. Turns out, many runners and triathletes are still a bit unsure how to set up their strength training and this area is where I can help the most.

I´ve coached over a thousand clients since starting out 2009. Started out live, now working almost 100 % online. My clientele currently consists of ~ 70 athletes, most live in Finland, some abroad. I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle in 2017 and would be happy to help if you were you interested in doing the same.
