About The Return to Big MTB Rides or Races Training Plan
This 3 month plan is for those who would like to get back to mountain bike after injury or time off. It has been used after a winter away from training/riding and after injuries, or other things that might keep you off the bike.
The Plan culminates with a big epic ride or weekend or event - whatever you want to use as the reason for your training and riding over the 3-months!
Is This Mountain Bike Plan For You?
This plan requires 4-9 hours in general. It provides numerous options to shorten and lengthen workouts and the weekly hours.
This is a plan for mountain bikers but could be adapted fairly easily for gravel, road or trainer focus given many workouts have downloads for smart trainers.
