My name is Marc Unger and I'm a German based Professional Triathlet and Endurance Coach.
Since my youth I have a strong connection to endurance sport, endurance training and exercise science.
If you want an experienced athlete and coach; with also an academic and scientific approach; who guides you through your everyday training, goes with you through peaks and valleys, then I will be your companion!
I will help you to achieve your goals and dreams, no matter how big they are!
I have an university degree as a M.Sc. Exercise Physiology & Exercise Therapy, since 2013 I'm working practical as a kind of sports& exercise therapis; since 2014 I'm an Endurance Coach and I'm doing motion analysis. Meanwhile I'm also a Professional Triathlete (since 2016).
I belief there isn't an universal coaching approach or a one size fits all concept for endurance training. Every approach must fit to its athlete his or her precondition, experience, background, life circumstances and their goals and dreams.
So you will get an individual training plan and support matching your demands.
Based on my experience as an athlete; with its own carreer and contact to different coaches and their approaches; and coach I know which approach is helpful in which situation!
Nevertheless I'm also a fan of technology, like powermeters, heartrate monitors, etc., but the important thing is the communication & relationship between athlete and coach!
But you should also know that you have to work consistent and sometimes hard to achieve your dreams;-)!
