MULTI SPORT BIKE BOOST ( POWER⚡) [8WK]

ABILITY: AGE GROUP / PODIUM
WEEKDAYS: POWER / INDOOR TRAINER   WEEKEND: POWER / OUTDOOR BIKE

YOU

Very competitive FEMALE triathlete, under 45 years. Serious about boosting bike power. Front of AG wave or better - podium expectations. Use an indoor trainer that measures power and has a power meter on bike. Seeking peak bike performance for racing

CONTENT

Three fully-explained and jargon-free structured power workouts a week building power and strength on the bike. Three sessions allows integration into other training. Aquabike, aquathlon and duathlon athletes can download free additional Tabata VO2 sessions (Fri / Sun). Early week has female specific critical power workouts (very taxing max effort) with midweek longer cross threshold intervals to really challenge your staying power. Weekends feature alternating easy ride - hill intervals / easy ride - challenging flat intervals to build strength, climbing ability and easy power.

Male / open multisport bikers should download the equivalent Open / Male CP boost that reflects their physiology

TIMING

Any time. To prep for qualifiers, national champs or country AG representation at Worlds or Europeans. You will have a good endurance training block completed
