Are you registered for the Alpe d'Huez Triathlon?
This 16-week training plan will help you prepare confidently for race day!
Geared for the advanced beginner to intermediate triathlete, this training plan includes detailed swim, bike and run workouts to help you get ready for the demands of Alpe d/ Huez.
There are 2-3 swims, 3 bike workouts, 3 runs and the option to do up to 3 strength workouts each week. Most bike workouts are compatible with Zwift. In addition to some ride elevation goals for each week, there are also suggested Zwift routes to help save you time and the stress of figuring it out yourself.
This plan is for the self-coached athlete, but you will not be alone!
Hypercats training plan athletes will receive regular "Team Hypercat" communications
to help you further your understanding, learning and fun with your multisport adventures.
