10 Week Intense Olympic/Standard Distance Training Plan 2023 For Personal Best
Are You Ready?
This plan is designed for triathletes who are able to conquer the distance of an olympic or standard triathlon and are focused on getting a PB. The plan is based on power for the bike, and either heart rate or pace for the runs. The bike sessions can be used on Zwift or the turbo to stay within range using ERG mode. There is a lot of speed work so you can pick up the pace when you race.
What Will You Achieve?
This plan lasts for 10 weeks and starts with a test week the aim is to get you feeling strong and ready for a PB at your upcoming olympic triathlon.
