My drive is to see others succeed, my inspiration is seeing YOU achieve YOUR goal. I like to work out what makes an athlete "tick", feed and fuel your determination so you achieve your goals and enjoy the journey along the way.
I am a Level 4 Biomechanics Coach and specialise in helping my athletes move well and stay injury free. My plans include movement based work to help improve joint function and enhance performance.

I began to play Roller Derby in my mid twenties and loved it, I would coach bootcamps across the country but sadly an impact during filming for a TV production caused my patella to dislocate to the back of my leg and severed my ACL in the process. I returned to the game after reconstruction but the fear of injury overwhelmed and the enjoyment was lost.
During my rehab I took up cycling to keep my knee strong, and finished 3rd in the Macmillan Cycletta just 12 weeks post surgery. I was hooked... however discovered my 4th child was on his way and I gained weight. A lot of weight, I became 19 stone and he was only 10lb of that weight!
I started running after he was born and set up Llangollen Ladies Running Club, I trained to become a coach and eventually discovered the world of Triathlon and never looked back.
My level 4 in Biomechanics comes from my love of keeping athletes moving well and preventing injury. I know first hand how an injury can change your whole life and want to help avoid it where possible.
I have an holistic approach to creating plans, I try to find enjoyable ways for you to meet the demands of your goals. I enjoy sports psychology and helping to motivate my athletes to reach their full potential.
