NOTE: APPLY THIS PLAN WITH END DATE = SUNDAY OF RACE WEEKEND. WEST LOOP - this plan was designed for athletes training at FFC West Loop to correspond with group training classes. RUN FOCUS - this plan has a stronger run focus and is especially ideal for any athlete training for both the Chicago Triathlon and a marathon or half marathon. CHICAGO TRIATHLON - A beginner focused 16-week training plan for the Chicago Triathlon, designed (in 2017-2018 seasons) for completing your first SPRINT or OLYMPIC triathlon. Pre-requisite includes being able to swim 50 yards in the pool, bike 5 miles, run 1 mile.
