This 26-Week Wales Long-Distance Triathlon Premium Plan is a course-specific, performance-focused programme designed for athletes targeting Iron-man Wales in Tenby who already have a solid training background and want to arrive on the start line strong, confident, and race-ready.

Built around the unique demands of west Wales, this plan prepares you for steep coastal climbs, rolling rural roads, technical descents, variable weather, and the notoriously tough multi-lap marathon through Tenby.

Created by Enduraprep Head Coach Lawrence Cronk, who has coached over 100 Tenby long-distance triathlon finishes—including repeat Ironman athletes and World Championship qualifiers—this plan focuses on intelligent progression, race-specific execution, and sustainable performance.
