Plan Description

This training plan is suitable for an athlete who is capable of running a 21km race, or for 1h40 without a break. They can cycle uninterrupted for 3 hours, and also swim for 2800m without an extended rest. These are all activities that are on different days, and not all in a row.

People who undertake this plan are quite experienced in endurance events, and are looking for an efficient strategy to achieve a very competitive time at their event.
