Plan Description
Welcome to the Full Distance Training Plan by Chris at Efficient Endurance.
This plan is aimed at individuals that are looking to complete a full distance triathlon event for the first time to a high standard.
To start this plan it is recommended that you can already:
Swim consistently at a pace of under 1 Minute 50 seconds per 100m.
Cycle comfortably for an hour.
Run for 45 minutes.
The average training duration per week is 7 Hours and 50 Minutes with the longest week being 11 Hours and 49 Minutes.
For those with gps watches the session workouts are planned in the following way:
Swim - Pace
Bike - Power
Run - Pace
Every set is also explained with perceived exertion too so potentially you do not need any extra kit more than a watch!
