Plan Description
This is a 10-week plan to get you started before moving into your base training. It's perfect for full distance race or half distance race prep. It's about 9 hours per week.
It includes tips and guidance on things like bike and run cadence, nutrition, and how to prepare for your race.
Such a plan is great for the off-season or for athletes that are just ramping up before moving into more intense weekly plans.
It starts with benchmarking for the swim, bike, and run (FTP test, and time trials) and used power for the bike, assuming you have a smart trainer and/or a power meter.
