I have been racing competitively since 2015 around SE Asia and beyond and have raced in five 70.3 World Championships.
I love working with athletes to see them achieve their endurance goals. I work closely with all of them and believe that their success is my success.

I am a qualified triathlon coach and I coach triathletes of all levels. I have a particular interest in hot-weather racing, nutrition, and mindset.
I have a BA in psychology from Beloit College and an executive MBA from University at Buffalo.
I believe that with the right mindset and work ethic, almost anybody can achieve greatness in triathlon.
In addition, I run the IronmanHacks website and YouTube channel where I have interviewed triathlon greats like Dave Scott, Mark Allen, Craig Alexander, Joe Friel, Bob Babbitt, Sam Long, Jan Frodeno, Sam Laidlow, Tim Reed, and many others.
I'm American but have lived in Singapore for the past 25 years. In addition, I've lived in Italy and Spain, and speak Malay, Italian, and Spanish.
