David Goggins’ 4x4x48 Challenge:
Duration: 48 hours
Challenge: Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.

7 x Olympic Triathlons in 7 Days:
Duration: 7 consecutive days
Challenge: Complete one Olympic distance triathlon (1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run) daily.
