Plan Description

This 39 week plan is designed for those who have already completed a middle distance triathlon, and are looking to take a step up to the full distance.

This plan is written by British Triathlon High Performing, L4 strength coach, IRONMAN Certified Coach and Certified Nutrition coach Simon Olney.

My programme includes strength training, which progresses with the swimming, cycling and running workouts to reduce the risk of injury. The bike and run workouts are based on heart rate targets with the swim workouts based on RPE.
