Plan Description

All Stuart Coaching plans are designed for busy athletes who need the flexibility to shuffle workouts to meet a busy schedule. The sessions are intended to increase strength, endurance, technique and confidence.

This plan consists of Base 2 and Base 3, and will safely progress your fitness to prepare you for the demands of the Build phase of training. Begin this plan 15-20 weeks out from your half distance triathlon.

A typical week includes 2 swims, 3 rides, 3 runs, and 1 rest days

All sessions in this plan are structured, which means that they will sync with most common training devices and platforms. Structured sessions are also personalized to your current fitness, so you can train at the proper intensity.

This plan is built for those who have been relatively active in the previous months, are injury free and can run 30 minutes continuously, swim 250y continuously and bike 45 minutes continuously (not all at once). It's advised to speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
