Are at a speed plateau or are frustrated with progress. Want results from a clear, jargon free, many-time-proven programme that delivers over your distance. Pool time is limited. Want to replicate training times into race times. After a higher top end speed AND faster average swim times over 1900
WHO’S IT FOR?
Athletes swimming 3-4 times a week managing between 2800-3000+ per 50min session. Likely 1900 race time between approx 22.45-28min[1:12 to 1:25 per 100 | 18 to 21 seconds per 25] . The longest boost swim 3600, but it's the pacing consistency and intensity that matters! Slower than this, then use an AGE GROUP or ATHLETE swim boost
CONTENT
Fresh engaging workouts designed to deliver. Some as used or authored by Olympic & World champions scaled for your ability. Three swim sessions a week so they fit around other training disciplines.
Weeks start with sharp speed sessions, mid-week is about pacing and longer intervals, and the weekend focusses on putting it all together into speed/endurance combinations. Swim sets evolve automatically and progressively over 8 weeks to challenge your newfound speed and endurance. A week one swim test sets your threshold pace from which subsequent swim session's intensities are set. Precise and personalised, no guesswork, swimming at a pace that's fast and right for you. Download swims to your smart device too.
All benchmark zone setting tests included, automatic calculators, with full video or guide assistance
EQUIPMENT
Pool clock, swim watch or smart goggles. If you train using ‘feel’ only, these plans aren’t for you as you can only improve what you measure. If you use Critical Swim Speed then then pick the same swim plan with ‘CSS’ in the title. Same content, same approach, different training metric

Any time after a solid block of endurance training, as a change up from slower work or 2 months before a key race to really ramp up your race day swim
