Plan Description

This is a 12 week build leading up to a Half Ironman or 70.3 distance race. Plans for competitive athletes are designed to build upon the aerobic endurance necessary for completing the distance, while adding components of speed, strength, and resilience. This plan incorporates race-specific pacing, simulations and benchmark testing in order to prepare you for your best race performance.

It begins with aerobic base building as well as setting a foundation of mobility and stability that will allow athletes to proceed injury free and with the durability required to maintain speed and strength throughout the length of the race. All strength training workouts come with videos and descriptions and are designed specifically for runners. The strength, mobility, and stability workouts is what sets this plan apart from other 70.3 plans.
