For over a decade, I’ve worked with successful, highly driven athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, and artists. These are people who can’t help but pursue big dreams and goals. The gift of the hunger is that it doesn’t allow them to settle for anything less than an extraordinary life.

The trouble only arises if the fire isn’t properly fed into through a broader context. If focus becomes too singular and rigid, it leads to burn out and lack of balance, causing mental health to suffer and the aspirations themselves even begin to lose potency.

As one of these highly driven individuals myself, I know the difference between relentless singular focus and the bounty of pursuing goals within the framework of a flow enhancing life.

Through practices that I’ve designed and collected from my own coaches and mentors, as well as from thought leaders in the areas of flow science, energy work and intuitive cultivation, indigenous reciprocity, and living a soul led existence, I’ve learned how to be in relationship with the fire. I allow it to feed and nourish me, and I do my best to let it flow through me.
