This 24-week program is built for athletes preparing to take on the legendary 100-mile distance or similar. Whether it’s your first 100-miler or you’re aiming to improve on past results, this plan provides the structure, variety, and recovery balance needed to succeed in one of the toughest endurance challenges in sport.


What’s included:

* Training 5–6 days per week with progressive long runs, speedwork, and recovery
* Back-to-back long days to simulate ultra fatigue and build resilience
* Strength and conditioning sessions twice per week for injury prevention and durability
* Strategic recovery weeks to ensure consistency and avoid burnout
* Structured progression to arrive at the start line confident and well-prepared
