Plan Description

⚠️ Have you been drawn for the Lavaredo Ultra Trail 120 km?

‼️ You need a training program to be at your best at the end of June

🏃‍♀️ This is the right program for you. It has 5 sessions per week, with long runs in the week end

👉🏻 Every training session is described in detail and there are different options based on where you live (flat or mountain)

🏋🏼‍♂️ There is also a strength training plan in the program, with useful videos for each exercise

🚴‍♂️ The program is about running. If you have a bike you will find some cycling session that are useful in the general preparation and as active recovery trainings

⏱️ Weekly training volume is calculated in hours. Distance and elevation can change based on the athlete

❤️ Some workouts are built on the pace (flat runs) or on the heart rate.

⚠️ If you have no enough time for 5 sessions/week you can adjust the program, maintaining the long runs in the week end and taking one more day off during the week

🔬 Sometimes in the description I explain the physiological effects of some specific sessions. It will help you to become more aware on why you are doing that training
