I am a trail runner, but a coach as well. I study exercise physiology and my focus is on trail running (energetics and mechanics). On my website you can find my publication list.
I grew up in Dolomites (Italy) and I have practiced most of mountain sports (XC ski, orienteering, climbing, trail running, skyrunning, ski mountaneering).
My PB on marathon is 2h40' and 1h14' on HM. But I obtained my best results in trail running and skyrunning.
