Questo programma è disegnato su 5 allenamenti a settimana, con i lunghi nel week end 🏃

👉🏻 I singoli allenamenti sono descritti nel dettaglio e vengono date anche alternative nel caso si abiti in pianura o montagna

🏋🏼‍♂️ Nel programma sono inserite anche sedute di forza, spiegate con pratici video

🚴‍♂️ Il programma è basato sulla corsa, ma se hai una bici troverai ogni tanto anche delle sedute di ciclismo che puoi utilizzare soprattutto in fase di preparazione generale (nei primi mesi) e come allenamenti di recupero attivo

⏱️ I volumi settimanali sono calcolati in ore, e il chilometraggio varierà in base alle capacità del singolo atleta

❤️ Le sedute di qualità sono basate sul ritmo al km (se sono in pianura) oppure sulla frequenza cardiaca. Se non hai una fascia cardio ti consiglio di procurartela. Non fare affidamento alla misurazione della FC al polso

⚠️ Se 5 sedute sono troppe da gestire, puoi togliere una seduta a settimana tra quelle di corsa lenta, mantenendo quelle più importanti del week end (lunghi)

🔬 Ogni tanto troverai delle note che ti spiegheranno gli aspetti fisiologici di certe sedute, in modo da renderti più chiaro PERCHÈ è importante fare quel tipo di allenamento
