Streaking can be challenging for the body, particularly if you are running every day. So, you may opt to blend running, hiking, walking. Choose the level of challenge you'd like and know that the simple act of this one month goal will help you build consistency and improve your physical and mental health.
For 31 days, you'll get a 1-mile run loaded into your TrainingPeaks calendar with an inspirational running quote, mental strength strategies, body positivity messages, and quick training tips.
NOTE - You can use this plan without buying the subscription! You will be prompted to upgrade to Premium if you are making a new account in TrainingPeaks. The premium has added features but it is NOT required to participate in this streak! Stick with the free version if you'd prefer!
You can also streak longer than 31 days. Once added to your account, you can use this plan as many times as you'd like.
