Plan Description

18 week Marathon Training Plan. Keeping it simple i've put this together as a generic plan from tried and tested sessions and marathon training i've done with previous athletes. i've chosen simple sessions that are easy to understand and run using either HR or RPE. its comprised of interval sessions, long steady runs and activation/recovery runs.
the sessions can be moved to suit your schedule but should be done in the order during the week they are presented in the plan and no more than 3 consecutive days running.
