Consistency is key so I try to cater for the time-crunched athlete and put emphasis on regular, consistent training rather than long, sporadic training. Quality over quantity!
I have been involved with Triathlon for over 10 years and still participate as much as my time allows. I've raced Ironman 3 times, run countless HM, marathons and lots of other types of races. My aim is to make it a two way process, working with athletes to achieve their goals, learning the process that works together, sharing the highs and lows and passing on my experience and knowledge as well as training sessions.
