Consistency is the key so we try to cater for time crunched athletes and put the emphasis on regular training rather than long training attaining quality over quantity.
Ive been involved with Triathlon now for almost 10 years and still participate as much as time allows, i've raced Ironman 3 times, run countless HM, Marathons and lots of other types of races. My aim is to make it a two way process, working with athletes to achieve their goals, learning the process that works together, sharing the highs and lows and passing on experience and knowledge as well as training sessions.
