Are you looking to run your first half marathon and need to build up your stamina?
Do you want to learn how to pace yourself properly so you can run the whole distance with good consistency?
You need a plan that focuses on building up your distance and adding some gears to your running speed so you are capable of running a half marathon at a pace that is sustainable. We have made this plan just for you!
Welcome to the Half Marathon beginner training plan.
This is aimed at runners who can currently run at least 10km distance and would really like to take on the challenge of a half marathon, not only completing it, but doing it as best you can!
You can smash your target with 3 runs per week! This includes 2 easy runs per week and 1 'efforts session' per week that will have you in the best possible shape to cross the line at the end of the plan with a huge smile on your face and an amazing time on your watch!
