You need a plan that focuses on building up your distance and adding some gears to your running speed so you are capable of running a half marathon at a pace that is sustainable. We have made this plan just for you!
Welcome to the Half Marathon first timer training plan.
This is aimed at runners who can currently run at least 5km. There is a great challenge in running a half marathon and the feeling of completing your first one is unrivaled!
With this plan that is progressive in distance from 5km up to 18km, you can be confident of making it to the finish line confident of achieving this huge challenge with a smile on your face!
