Plan Description
**16-Week Marathon Plan — Train Smart, Run Strong**
This 16-week program is built to guide you through half marathon training with a smart, balanced approach. You’ll train **4-5 days per week**, with runs ranging from easy mileage to structured speed and long runs, plus **2 optional strength sessions** weekly for durability and efficiency.
**Who is it for?**
Runners who can currently run for **75-90 minutes at an easy pace** and want a structured progression toward their half marathon personal best!
**What to expect:**
* Progressive long runs with race-specific preparation
* Speed, tempo, and interval work for strength and efficiency
* Recovery built in to avoid overtraining
* Two optional strength workouts each week
