Plan Description
**16-Week Half Marathon Plan — Confidently Go the Distance**
This 16-week plan is designed to help you run a strong, confident half marathon. Training includes **3-4runs per week** You’ll also get **2 strength sessions** weekly to support injury prevention and build endurance strength.
**Who is it for?**
Runners who can comfortably run for **30-45 minutes at an easy pace** and want structured, progressive training to prepare for the 21.1km distance. Whether this is your first half or you’re aiming to break a time barrier, this plan will get you to the start line feeling fit and prepared.
**What to expect:**
* A proven mix of endurance runs, intervals, tempo work, and recovery days
* Gradual mileage progression to build confidence and reduce injury risk
* Two optional strength sessions per week for added resilience
This plan provides all the structure you need to successfully complete your half marathon.
