Plan Description

This 2-week training block is for the individual who has completed the building phases of their training and are ready to enter a taper stage. The ultimate goal is to reach your peak fitness by cutting back progressively over the next couple of weeks in order to supercompensate from all all your training thus far. It is important not to do any more than prescribed. Less is more during this period of time.
