Plan Description
Sweatstorm Sprinter
This is a 5 kilometer running plan for beginners and helps you to stay fit and in shape. It consists of 3 workouts per week. To get the maximum effect we planned the workout days and rest days during the week. During this plan we slowly increase the overall workload, the number of workouts per week stays the same however.
Goals
With this plan you maintain your 5 kilometer endurance. There is no specific goal like a race for which this plan is designed. It will help you however with a structured training week to stay fit and enjoy a variety of workout throughout the plan.
Entry level & Required Gear
You can start with this plan if you are able to run 40 min without stopping and can workout at 3 times 25 minutes a week. You need a heart rate monitor to be able to take part in this plan.
Tip
You can change the days of the week yourself, but keep in mind to have a day off after each workout. If you stick to the setup we provided you can chose if you want to run on Saturdays or Sundays. This is up to you.
