I, Jerzy Kasemier, have over 20 years experience of helping athletes reach and surpass their goals. While at the same time making sure they have enough time for their career, family and friends. As dad of two young girls I know how hard this can be.
My training plans are smart designed around a typical work week. I plan proven time-efficient workouts mid-week and longer aerobic workouts at the weekends. This gives you the structure and consistency you need to keep in shape or continually improve.
As a professional coach with 25 years experience, Jerzy (43) works with triathletes, duathletes, cyclists and runners from all over the world. His passion is combine his athletes training, family-life and career without compromise.
As professional athlete Jerzy completed IRONMAN Amsterdam in 8 hours 29 minutes and placed 2nd overall at the National Championships.
Training plans (scheduled or personal) are made to fit around a busy life - with shorter workouts mid-week and longer workouts at the weekends. The plans are made to fit an athletes needs, broken into specific phases, and when needed enhanced with targeted sessions that grow your race-skills and confidence.
