Plan Description

**8-Week 10k Plan — Run Faster, Stay Strong**

This 8-week structured plan is designed to help you take your 10k performance to the next level. You’ll train **4 times per week** (with one run optional, so it can fit busy schedules), plus **2 short strength sessions** to build durability and reduce injury risk.

**Who is it for?**
Runners who can currently run for about **60 minutes at an easy pace** and want a proven plan to run a faster 10k. Whether you’re chasing a new PB or just want to feel stronger on race day, this program will guide you step by step.


**What to expect:**

* Progressive running sessions that balance speed, endurance, and recovery
* Two optional strength workouts each week
* Clear structure with built-in flexibility for busy athletes
* Sessions fully compatible with TrainingPeaks and syncable to Garmin/Wahoo devices
