Do you tend to start your runs too quickly and end up tiring too quickly?
Do you want the stamina to push all the way to the end of a 10km race?
You need a plan that will keep you motivated and consistent that targets your pacing and progressively improves your stamina.

Welcome to the 10k PB training plan.

This is aimed at runners who can currently run the 10km distance but would really like to improve with limited time.
You can smash your PB with 3 runs per week! This includes 2 easy runs per week and 1 'efforts session' per week that will have you in the best possible shape to cross the line at the end of the plan with a huge smile on your face and an amazing time on your watch!
