10K JOURNEY TOTAL BEGINNERS - 10 WEEKS OF WILD FLOW & CONFIDENCE FOR BEGINNERS
You’ve taken a giant step towards starting your next running journey! This plan is about more than just mileage — it’s about building joy, flow, and confidence in every stride. Over the next 10 weeks, you’ll progress safely, discover rhythm in your breath and body, and arrive at race day feeling prepared and proud. This isn’t just training — it’s a playful adventure into what you’re capable of.
INCLUDED
This 10-week running plan is designed for first-time 10K runners or those returning to running who desire a steady, confidence-building journey.
Runs per week: 3–5 sessions using a Rate of Perceived Exertion RPE Scale to assist with your pacing
Starting week = Run for 1 minute and Walk for 2 minutes * 6 Rounds!
Builds up to 10kms using a run:walk schedule
Workouts include:
- Run Training Workouts to build endurance
- Technique Skills (video/audio)
– Mental Training Tools
– Plus: Flexibility Training & 85+ page Running Clinic Manual!
*Note this Training Plan does not include a Strength Training Plan
By the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll be ready to complete a 10K race on flat or gently rolling terrain.
