Plan Description
Plan de entrenamiento ideal para corredores quieren conseguir su mejor tiempo en 10km.
Este plan de entrenamiento te proporciona un GRAN RENDIMIENTO, y además, disfrutar y sufrir a partes iguales mientras lo realizas.
El plan contiene sesiones estructuradas que puedes sincronizar con tu dispositivo Garmin o similar para guiarte a través de cada intervalo en tiempo real. Esto no es necesario, pero es una ayuda.
Encontrarás notas explicativas, casi cada día, con información valiosa para conseguir tu objetivo.
Una vez cargado el plan en la cuenta de Training Peaks, lo puedes usar tantas veces como desees.
El plan incluye:
-4 sesiones de carrera a pie a la semana, estructuradas por RITMO y necesarias para preparar un carrera de 10km.
-Test de ritmo cada 4 semanas para comprobar la PROGRESIÓN y establecer tus ZONAS DE ENTRENAMIENTO.
-2 sesiones de fuerza semanales, específicas para corredores que te harán mejorar el rendimiento y PREVENIR LESIONES.
-Consejos Nutricionales.
-Aprenderás a mejorar los diferentes hitos fisiológicos que son fundamentales para corredores de resistencia y a establecer TUS ZONAS DE ENTRENAMIENTO.
