Plan Description

Totalt 18 veckor; 9 veckor med basträning och 9 veckor med mer specialiserad träning, inför Vasaloppet. Träningspassen är beskrivna på svenska.
Det är under basperioden 3 träningspass per vecka plus 1-2 pass styrka/skadeförebyggande träning. och under specialiseringsperioden 3-4 pass/vecka plus 1 pass styrka/skadeförebyggande träning de flesta veckor.
Programmet kan köras separat med endast Vasaloppet i åtanke eller tillsammans med övriga klassiker program som jag erbjuder. Om flera klassiker program köps och används samtidigt så går de att köra tillsammans utan krockar mellan den grenspecifika träningen!

Programmet är riktat till motionär och elitmotionär. Det bygger på att pulsmätare och klocka används.
Samtliga pass går att ladda ner till Garmin-klockor och andra enheter som kan hantera .fit filer.
Programmet är uppbyggt efter en progressiv modell i treveckorsblock. Var tredje vecka är en lite lugnare återhämtningsvecka, och varje block blir lite tuffare än föregående block. På så vis byggs fart, styrka och teknik upp med minimal skade- och sjukdomsrisk.
