Plan Description
The Wheel turns, and a new thread is woven into the Pattern of your life: the journey to a Middle Distance Triathlon! This guide is your first step from the familiar into the wider world, even if you've never walked this path before. Though no prior experience in triathlon is needed, having some familiarity with the flow of water (swimming), the turning of the wheel (cycling), or the rhythm of the land (running) will serve you well. Train with the steadfastness of a Warder and follow the path laid out, and you will find yourself capable of completing a Middle Distance Triathlon!
This program relies on your inner sense, like a budding channeler sensing the True Source – your Rating of Perceived Exertion. You need no intricate ter'angreal or captured flows of the One Power to chart your course; this path is accessible to all, requiring no specific training tools. All that is needed is your own two wheels (any bike), sturdy boots for the journey (running shoes), and a willingness to embrace the waters (swim suit)!
