Plan Description

Build your gravel and cycling strength with this full-body strength and yoga workout program created by a cycling coach, certified personal trainer, and yoga instructor.
The goal is to build full-body strength for stability and power on the bike without sacrificing the time for cycling.
You might use this program starting in the pre-season.
If you're using it during the season, you might do one strength session per week as maintenance.

The program starts with eight weeks of one workout with sumo deadlifts as the key movement. Start slowly with all the exercises to learn the movement patterns so that you stay safe and healthy.
