Plan Description
The Gravel Strength program focuses on building functional strength for the varied terrain of gravel racing through key lifts of squat, deadlifts, and challenging core work and balance. This program's versatility will help navigate stability while powering through the difficult elements that gravel racers encounter. With two strength days a week and 1 recovery day, this will complement the gravel riding low cadence/high torque riding season.
Requirements:
- You will need full gym access or if you are at home, a squat rack, mini band, long band, swiss ball, kettle bell 5-25lbs, dumbbells, medicine ball, box 16-24 in.
