Plan Description

This training plan is designed to help athletes prepare for a 30-50km XC ski race, in particular the Ski To The Sun in the Methow Valley of Washington State. As an intermediate plan it is assumed you've been doing regular training of at least 6-8hrs per week, with routine strength training and mobility work.
