This Half Distance Aquabike plan is designed for intermediate athletes who want a structured and effective approach to training.
It focuses on heart rate-based bike sessions combined with pace and RPE for swimming, creating a balanced and progressive build-up to race day.
Using a cyclical non-linear periodisation model, each week builds on the last to develop fitness while managing fatigue, so you stay strong, consistent, and race-ready.
We place emphasis on efficient movement patterns over chasing numbers, keeping your training varied, sustainable, and performance-driven.
