Nuestro plan de entrenamiento está diseñado para personas que buscan una vida saludable y equilibrada. En el gimnasio, nos enfocamos en trabajar las asimetrías del cuerpo, buscando un equilibrio entre los músculos agonistas y antagonistas, así como entre el lado izquierdo y derecho de cada grupo muscular.
