WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR:
This 6-week comprehensive rebuild program is specifically designed for intermediate dragon boat paddlers who have at least one year of paddling experience. This program is perfect for paddlers who may have taken a break from the sport and are looking to return stronger than before, or for those who have been paddling consistently but want to systematically rebuild their foundation and break through performance plateaus. If you've been paddling for at least a year and are ready to commit to structured improvement, the 6 WEEK DRAGON BOAT REBUILD will elevate your performance.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will begin and end the program with a 500m test. Each week features 3 focused ≈60 minute sessions combining power development, technique refinement, and dragon boat-specific conditioning. (There is also a 1 week deload week built in to support your paddling growth) You'll progressively build from aerobic base systems through power development into race-specific sprint work, capturing the complete demands of dragon boat racing. The comprehensive approach will also transfer to outrigger disciplines.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- Access to water (ideal) OR a paddle ergometer
- Your paddle
- Resistance bands (light and medium)
- A way to record your technique (smartphone or camera)
- Heart rate monitor

COMMUNICATION:
Participants receive detailed workout instructions on the Training Peaks App. Join our Paddle Skool online community where you can share progress, ask questions, and receive feedback from fellow paddlers. I'll re-share photos/videos posted with the #6WeekDBRebuild hashtag weekly.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT OPTION:
This program is designed to be run independently with all the guidance you need. However, if you'd like personalized feedback, technique analysis, and weekly accountability check-ins, you can add 6 weeks of direct coaching support for an additional $400 (a $600 value).
