Hi!
I wanted to create a really simple 30 day Body Weight Calisthenics program that you can do at home, in your lunch break or, well, anywhere!
Each day should take no more than 20 minutes to complete and can easily be done alongside other training.
It is aimed at people who are new to this type of training, or anyone who just wants something to challenge themselves with.
It starts and finishes with a simple test, so you can see how you've progressed.
If you aren't sure what the exercises are, just do a quick internet search, there's nothing crazy in there, it's all straightforward stuff.
